This Gasket is Sold By the Foot. Select the length you need in feet, plus a bit extra, and put that number into the add-to-cart box. Glue with 3M weather strip adhesive if you feel it necessary. HATGAS
Assumed to be the hatch gasket seal for pre 2012 Hobie Adventure Island kayaks (Hobie part number 71302001) as well as some Impex brand kayaks with hatches that seal with a gasket.
A side mounted bulb (tube) on the trim lock u-channel is called Type D and looks like OU in cross section. The tube (bulb) diameter is 3/4 of an inch. The U-Channel (trim-leg) is 9/16 inch deep. It will accommodate an edge thickness of about 1/8 to 3/16 of an inch. See image (right) for cross section view and compare to old seal.
