TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
This Statement outlines the terms and conditions governing all transactions, sales, purchases, and returns made through this website, regardless of whether the order was transmitted via the internet, telephone, or post. By accessing, browsing, and using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use this site.
PRICING
All prices quoted are subject to change at any time at the discretion of TopKayaker.com. All prices are quoted in United States dollars (USD, $). TopKayaker.com reserves the right to reject any orders that include incorrect prices, which may occur due to data entry errors, code errors, hacking, incorrect pricing provided by the manufacturer, translation errors, etc. Prices are not negotiable and do not include postage and handling. Postage and handling costs will be calculated when completing the order.
SHIPPING
We can send your order anywhere the US Postal Service delivers (as well as some but not all countries, such as Canada, via their postal service, such as Canada Post). All our items are packed carefully for intact delivery. We ship all products by the United States Postal Service (USPS) unless otherwise directed. See our Shipping and Returns Page for more details.
We normally ship our products within three business days unless requested otherwise. If we are unable to dispatch your order within three business days, we will contact you and advise you of the expected dispatch date. See our Shipping and Returns Page for more details.
Please check your delivery address carefully. TopKayaker will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address that you have entered (or that your browser has auto-filled). The customer shall be responsible for the cost to resend a parcel that is returned because of an incorrect address.
All international shoppers must contact us before placing an order for instructions! Shoppers in Canada do not have to contact us, but can for details. TopKayaker is not responsible for late or lost international packages! International customers, please ship to a USA address if at all possible, and then have your package forwarded. TopKayaker reserves the right to cancel and refund any international order for any reason. See our Shipping and Returns Page for more details.
ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED, YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER.
TopKayaker is not responsible for packages stolen from your property! If a package is scanned as delivered but missing, contact your local Post Office. If a Porch Pirate is suspected, please file a police report.
PAYMENT
Our two online payment options are:

RETURNS POLICY
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items. Returns that arrive after 30 days can be subject to a restocking fee. It will become impossible to refund transactions that are months old. See our Shipping and Returns Page for more details.
Report shipping damage, packing errors, and shortages within ten days of receipt. An invoice, a copy of it, or at least a note, must accompany all returns. Returns can be mailed via US Postal Service (ot other parcel service) to TopKayaker.com, 680 White Mountain Highway, Unit 6, Tamworth, NH 03886.
The return postage cost is your responsibility. Reuse original packaging if possible. Be careful to protect the product(s) from damage. Keep your return tracking number until the return is settled. The original Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable. A restocking fee may be applicable. See our Shipping and Returns Page for more details.
Refunds will not be issued until the merchandise is received. Refunds will be credited to the Card Account or PayPal account used to make the original purchase.
TopKayaker.com has a 30-day satisfaction guarantee and a 1-year product warranty against defects in materials and craftsmanship.
