We ship via the United States Postal Service via US Mail unless otherwise indicated. While we accept international orders we do not ship to every country. International shoppers should contact us before placing an order!
Domestic Mail; First Class 3-5 days, Ground 5-7 days, Priority 2-3 days, Express expect 1-3 days.
International; First Class expect about 2 weeks or more, Priority 6-10 days, Express 3-5 days.
We normally ship your order on the next business day, sometimes the same day, but at least within three business days. If we are unable to dispatch your order in a timely manner we will contact you by email and advise you of the estimated shipping date.
Please check your delivery address carefully as we are not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address. The customer shall be responsible for the cost to resend a parcel that is returned because of an incorrect address.
TopKayaker is not responsible for packages stolen from your property! If a package is scanned as delivered but missing, please contact your local Post Office for information and file a police report as needed.
TopKayaker is not responsible for late or lost international packages! International customers please ship to a USA address if at all possible and then have your package forwarded by a friend, family member or associate or via a Package Forwaeding Service.

Report shipping damage, packing errors and shortages within ten days of receipt. This invoice, a copy of it, or at least a note, must accompany all returns. Returns can be mailed via US Postal Service to:

Return postage cost is your responsibility. Reuse original packaging if possible. Be careful to protect the product(s) from damage. Keep your return tracking number until the exchange or return is settled.
Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable. A restocking fee may be applicable (contact us for full details).
Refunds will not be issued until the merchandise is received. Refunds will be credited to the PayPal or card account used to make the original purchase.
TopKayaker has a 30-day satisfaction guarantee and a 1-year product warranty against defects in materials and craftsmanship.
If a product fails to meet your expectations, does not fit, or is unwanted for some reason you may return it. You have up to 30 days to make your return from the date it was purchased. Products in new condition (as you would hope to receive them) can be returned for a refund within this time period. (Please ask for restocking fee info.) Items installed on your kayak cannot be returned. This applies to, but is not limited to, self-adhesive seat pads, rudder kits, and other parts meant to become permanent parts of a kayak. It is up to you to return the item to the address above at your expense.
All products sold by TopKayaker.Net are fully guaranteed against defects, unless otherwise stated. If you receive a defective product please contact us via email or phone as soon as possible for customer service. You may be directed to return the product to the manufacturer. TopKayaker will cover any item sold for up to one year from purchase date against defects in materials and workmanship. Users of paddle sports equipment sometimes exceed the intended use parameters of a kayaking product. Situations of product failure and or abuse will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
