I have this fish bag and it is well made. It appears to be made of a vinyl outside material with a good insulating foam sandwiched between the vinyl outer and whatever material is on the inside (not sure).
The top unzips on 3 sides for access to your catch and ice.
I like the fact that it has a reflective outer to reflect the heat.
The only thing that is missing is a liner to keep the fish from
sliming the interior of the bag. I use a large tapered dry bag
to put my fish in and freeze about 10 bottles of bottles of water
to keep the fish cold. This way if I get stranded or something I have some water (and fish) in a survival situation and the ice melts in the bottles and does not leak everywhere.
Tom has some cool items on his site and at reasonable pricing.
