It appears only 1 hatch cover was screwed too tightly. Ron was able to unscrew using a simple leverage advantage. The current stock of the 4-inch hatch has been checked for this problem and we will monitor new inventory as it arrives. Most deck plate style hatches, such as the OT 4” come with a rim.
