This is the greatest thing since sliced bread. I was using a regular outdoor seat cushion which helped but this cushions and conforms to my fatazz much better and has really extended my paddling time between breaks. I am 67 and paddle a 13 ft sit in Perception "Conduit". Note: Get the back brace that goes with it for lumbar support.
