I was extremely upset when I realized I had lost my hatch cover for my 2000 circa Perception Shadow, when I had taken it off to allow my dog to ride in the back hatch on Lower Saranac Lake. I thought I would never be able to replace the seal, but this hatch cover did the trick. It is constructed slightly different than the original, but is made of quality materials, creates a great seal, and is printed with the Perception logo - just like the original! Very pleased; this product saved my kayak!
