I agree with everything Tom said in his review. These thigh braces really are excellent. However, there is one more point that I would like to add. I greatly appreciate their low profile design. The padding is neither as long or quite as thick as other thigh straps I have used although they are quite long enough and the thermoformed padding is very comfortable. The shorter length combined with the lack of ladder lock and side squeeze buckles allows the straps to sit very close to the thighs and they do not snag on the PFD during torso rotation. This is particularly noticeable if you are leaning forward to obtain maximum power. Highly recommended.
