Performance Toe Pilot Foot Controls

These units are a thing of beauty. The aluminum rails have a lovely black finish and are not going to fracture like my plastic ones I am replacing did. Comes complete with cables. BUT there should be some sort of disclaimer in the description that these WILL NOT WORK on a SOT kayak unless you modify them by drilling an access hole in the front of the rail or use other mounting means. The mounting screws thread into the rails from the back. You can use a 1/4-20 stud or mounting plate like their Vertical Mounting Kit (additional $20) but they are not going on out of the box.
