Boreal Delrin Rudder Block with Pin

I got the FeatherCraft Rudder Block and Pin installed on my Aquaterra Sea Lion with very little trouble. As I suspected, the plastic or nylon block had to be narrowed down a little. I ended up taking off approximately 1/16 to of an inch from both sides, and it fit just fine. The up-down cords slid through the channels with no problem. The mounting bolts fit exactly through the existing holes, and it is a very close retrofit, not perfect, but close enough to work well. When the weather breaks I'll try an on-the-water-test of the new parts, probably over the holiday weekend.
