Review by Tom Holtey (Shop proprietor). Pepper Steak with Rice tastes like a pepper steak grinder (sub), just with rice, no bread. Add some cheese and you would have a Philly cheese steak taste. The beef is quite good. The seasoning is perfect, you can taste the peepers. I was tempted to add salt, but did not, certainly does not need peeper. I let it prep for the full time, maybe a tad more. The rice was fully hydrated. I am giving this meal four stars, so as not to go over the top, and leave room for more reviews, just in case there are others that are the best.
