Bought a set of 3 a couple years ago and they are holding up VERY well. Original VCP covers lasted many years, but disintegration is a common problem with the VCP product. I am now ordering replacement covers for a used kayak I bought for my son, a Valley Aquanaut. It is important that all rubber hatches be treated with 303 protectant at least monthly. Don't forget to treat the inside cover, as that will facilitate easy sealing, especially the day hatch.
