Star Cleat

Best used as a replacement part for Perception (9820082) and other brand kayaks such as Riot, that has been previously outfitted with Star Cleats. The Star Cleat fits into a rounded concave depression on deck. Not recommended for flat surfaces. Cleat is fitted to receive deck lines from two directions. Typically mounted with a single Phillips screw (that may or may not come with, and may or may not match your kayak), into a nut-sert molded into the kayak deck. A well-nut with screw can be used if needed. A Star Cleat is one and 13/16 inches across, 9/16 deep. Similar to Pyranha, Venture and P&H deck fittings (HD0900101025).
