Fits a raised hatch rim lip 18 3/8 by 11 inches O.D., like a Tupperware lid. Has internal tie-off for a leash.

Cover is 18 3/4 by 11 5/8 inches outside diameter, 17 1/2 by 10 1/2 inches inside diameter.
