Scotty Gimbal Mount

Best used as a Gimbal Mount Rod Holder Adapter. Fits into a Sea Dog Flush Mount Rod Holder. Using this Gimbal Mount eliminates the need of drilling new holes and permanent mounting of a Scotty mount on deck.

Made from welded stainless steel and modified nylon for the ultimate in strength and durability. The top end accepts any Scotty product with the standard mounting post such as the Power Lock Rod Holder.

This should fit into other standard flush mount rod holders but is not expected to work with all. Look for a molding in the bottom of the flush mount holder that mates with the base of the Gimbal. See the digram in greater detail.
