Used part in good condition. Commonly found on Confluence brand sit-in-side kayaks (Wilderness Systems, Perception and Dagger) circa 2014 to date.
This is a used salvage part. The foot peg broke off the rail, but the gray adjustment wand is in very good condition and fully functional. The wand is currently still fastened to the rail assembly. It will be shipped to you just as it is. It will be stronger that way to prevent shipping damage (we have only this one) and it will facilitate your understanding of how it is assembled.
The wand will come freely off the aft grip end. Just pull the end cap with the patent number on it away from the rail. The other end is secured with a roll pin. You should research roll pin on the internet. We do not have a specific plan to remove the roll pin, nor to insert it again.
Research, Plan and Proceed carefully, do not damage the wand!
It is your responsibility to successfully disassemble and reassemble without any plans or instructions. It is otherwise simple, not complicated, just odd, unless you work in a machine shop. You might use a tiny machine screw and lock nut to re-assemble, be sure to get stainless steel and a locking nut.
