Best used as a replacement valve cap, or valve assembly, for some Pelican brand inflatable SUPs.
Comes in three parts; Twist cap, connected with a string to the valve with the yellow button and the valve body that inside the kayak.
Use the twist cap as a replacement for a lost cap.
Use the valve, the middle part, as a replacement for a failed spring button in the center of the valve.
Use of the valve body, the bottom part, as replacement will be difficult because it is inside the kayak.
