Best used as a replacement seat strap part for late model Ocean Kayak and Old Town sit-on-top kayaks outfitted with the ACS 2.0 seat style. These come marked with Old Town part number 07.2000.0780. Strap is about 9.5 inches long, made of one inch webbing straps components.
