The Suregrip White Water Thighbraces include 2 roto (plastic molded) thighbrace structures, 2 neoprene covers, mounting hardware and Velcro. BOREALOUT

Each pad is approximately 13 3/8 long by 10 1/2 inches wide, about 3/16 inch thick. Red thighbrace structures are about 4 inches long, screw holes 1 3/8 inches on center.
