Best used as Foot Brace Mounting Hardware for Necky, Ocean Kayak and Old Town kayak boats, circa early 21st century to 2013. The 1/4-20 screws (1315.1603) and nuts (1315.0149) can be used on many years, makes and models, but the stops (15.0978) are specific to the rails they fit.
