Storm Whistle

Every life jacket should have a whistle tied to it. Use your whistle for emergency by blowing it three times loudly. Use your whistle to get the attention (non-emergency) of your paddling buddies by blowing once. Not all whistles will work when wet, the Storm Whistle is reported to work underwater (by Scuba Divers?). Yes, I know it seems like a lot to pay for a little plastic whistle, I agree, but this is a very loud whistle, so cover your ears when you test it. Note: The Storm Whistle needs a string to tie to your PFD. Storm Whistles are best stowed in a PFD pocket, tied to a place inside the pocket, with a lanyard long enough to reach your mouth. Our Basic Whistle has a clip, no pocket needed, but a string is still advised. Color can vary. Expect bright colors. Use comments box at check out to indicate a color preference.
