Voyageur Carriyoke Kit

Eliminate the solo canoe conflict between having a center seat and installing a portage yoke, two functions fighting over the same space. This innovative mounting system provides a frame for center seat and a portage yoke all in one unit. This kit comes with an instruction sheet.

A standard cane seat (not included) attaches to the rear portion of this Voyageur carry yoke and is set at a slight angle for added comfort and to facilitate kneeling. At the front of the Carriyoke is a slot to secure an ash yoke (not included) up to 3/4 inch thick.

Each wooden frame piece is approximately 15 5/8 inches long, 2 1/4 at the widest and almost 3/4 inch thick. See the photo and contact as needed about the components.

When the water runs out and it’s time to portage, yoke is secured in slot via stainless steel pins. When it’s time to paddle again, the yoke kit is easily stored out of the way under the seat, secured by the molded clips. WOODCANOE
