Repair a bent or kinked skeg cable. Best used on Nigel Dennis Kayaks (NDK), maybe other European and British made sea kayaks with a tracking fin. This wire is 3mm in diameter (almost, but not quite 1/8 inch diameter). This wire is 7x19 = seven bundles of 19 strands. Eight to Nine feet is suggested to be on the safe side for length. You will want very sharp cable cutters, such as those used for bike cables.
