Valley C-Trim Rudder Kit A

We call this rudder kit Type A, due to the straight foot brace. Classic rudder kit for Valley sea kayaks. Might be best used as replacement parts for a Valley kayak that has had a rudder before. Assumed to be an option for nearly any Valley sea kayak. Comes with instructions that describe sawing off the stern tip of the kayak! (Not that scary. Contact us for a digital copy of the classic Valley rudder kit instructions. Expect some fiberglass work as well.) This rudder system was common in the mid 1990s.

Kit comes with a 19 inch long wooden rudder blade, a rudder plate, a rudder block, internal fixing block, foot control tiller bar, cables, tubes, ropes, cleats, a pulley + assorted fittings and hardware.
