Best used as a Ram brand rod holder for Hobie kayaks and any make and model of kayak. Base connects to tube with a 1 1/2 inch Ram Ball (size C). Total lengh is about 14-15 inches. Base mounting screw holes are 2 inches by 1.5 inches on center. Mounting hardware is not included.
