Sometimes called a Slab Base Nut, or a Tee Nut. Best used for outfitting repairs, such as thigh braces or seat ratchets. Dims: .75 inch x .5 inch. About 5/16 of an inch tall. Use with common 10-32 screws. Sold as a single nut.
