Pre-2010 Valley Skeg Slider (for plastic hull)

Replacement Valley GRP Mushroom Skeg Slider common on modern plastic hull RM Valley Sea Kayaks. May fit other boats with the Valley cable skeg system. A known fit for the Impex Mystic plastic hull version circa 2001. Can be use to upgrade some older sea kayak models. 1 1/2 inches long, 1 1/8 deep, 3/4 inch wide, with two holes; one for the cable (fitted with a set screw) and a 2nd 1/4 inch (5mm) diameter hole.

The larger lower 5mm hole is for an L shaped stainless steel 5 mm slider bar. The smaller upper hole is for the skeg cable that is held in place by the set screw. This was used on older Valley RM kayaks only. Set Screw hole penetrates into only the small hole.
