Closes like a Tupperware lid. This cover has the VCP logo on it. Fits all VCP 8 inch round hatch rims, on any kayak outfitted with 8 inch VCP hatches. Common on many British sea kayaks, Necky kayaks, some older Wilderness Systems, some older Seda kayaks such as the Glider, Walden Sport touring kayaks (by Nigel Foster) and many assorted sea touring kayaks including some older Nimbus kayaks and Hydra Sea Twin tandems.
