The ring is split so it can pass inside the cut-out hole in the deck. Standard six screw hole pattern. 8 3/4 inches OD, 7 inches ID, screw holes 8 inches on center.

Might be used for some retrofits of Viking 6 Inch Twist Lock Hatch when using the Sea-Lect 8 inch Rubber Hatch Kit.
