Made for high performance with a 4mm neoprene deck, 3-ply waterproof, breathable with a fully adjustable fabric tunnel neoprene. Double-stitched and sealed seams. Removable suspenders included. Edge rand is the E-Z stretch 3/8 inch stitched bungee attachment to the rim. The grab loop buckle includes integrated safety whistle. Comes with tie-downs for charts and assorted gear. Color is black.
