Use as a replacement part for Necky and Old Town kayaks outfitted with ExtraSport seating or Active Comfort Seats, circa 2005 to 2014. This seat back strut (01.1315.2594) connects to the seat bottom structure and fastens to the . New replacement pads for the Extra Sport seat as well as other ACS and Extra Comfort seat parts are not typically available as replacement parts. Re-use your old parts as much as possible. Seat back strut is approximately 4 5/8 inches wide by 7 1/2 inches tall. OLDOUT NECKOUT
Old Town and Necky kayaks were outfitted with the ACS Seat (Active Comfort Seat shown to the right) or ExtraSport Xtra Comfort Seat (EXC Seat shown to the left). Both are now discontinued.
Both the ACS and EXC seats have the same underlying frame. Only the pad color-style, seat back structure and straps are different. ACS seats are common in some Old Town and Necky kayaks circa 2010 to 2015. EXC seats are common in some Old Town and Necky kayaks circa 2005 to 2009.
