Best used as a replacement part or for custom install. Placement should be along side the kayak. Use with a Bungee Button. Secure with Klamptite Rivet or Well Nut w/ 1 in Machine Screw. 15 inches long from terminal to terminal. (Bungee Terminals can be removed from this item for knotted applications common on some kayaks.) This part may be common on some Necky and Old Town kayaks also. 07.2179.0000
