Used on the stern of kayaks as a grip and rudder keeper or as a side handle with bungee paddle ties. Common on Wilderness Systems Tarpon kayaks. Best used as replacement parts. Can be used for new installations. This can be used on other kayak brands with inside access. Instructions and mounting hardware is not included. Contact us for more info if needed.
