Kayak Sailor Loop Strap Kit

This kit can be used to replace lost or dysfunctional Loop Straps (aka cam lock webbing) for Kayak Sailor Rigs. Contact Us about other replacement parts and solutions as needed.

The KayakSailor Webbing Kit came with 2 CamLock Buckle Straps, 2 Loop Webbing Straps, 1 Long (Under-the-Hull) Loop Webbing Strap. This kit will address the Loop Straps only. We are currenlty looking for a soultion for CamLock Buckle Straps.

The 2 Standard Loop Straps (RP-602903 was about 2 feet each) mount onto the Cross Tube, to secure the rig to the deck of the kayak. You will cut about 2.5 inches of 3/4 inch wide webbing strap for each of the two straps. The opening loop on the end is created with a Tri-Glide for each strap.

The single Long Loop Strap (RP-603903 was about 5 feet long) mounts onto the Cross Tube, to secure the rig to the kayak, under the hull, during water trials. You will cut about 60 inches (5 feet) of 3/4 inch webbing strap for this strap. The opening loop on the end is created with a Tri-Glide.
