The Current Designs Rudder Bungee Kit is best used to restore the rudder rope that raises and lowers the rudder blade.

Contains One foot of .25 inch dia bungee cord, and two closed bungee cord hooks with locking collars. You may need to trim the bungee cord with sharp scissors to fit your kayak.

To Assemble: Slip collar onto shock cord, insert the end of of the cord into the cavity of the hook, slide collar onto hook base, teeth will bite into bungee cord.

Other parts may be needed to fully restore your Current Designs rudder rope. 4mm deck line (expect to get about 20 feet), two orange grab balls and a fine line cleate may also be needed.
