Best used for classic Aquaterra, Perception, Dagger and Wilderness Systems kayaks. This kit includes the hardware to connect cables (with eyelets) to the wings of classic rudder assemblies such as the Perception-Aquaterra Surf Rudder, the Yakima Rudder the Dagger Classic Rudder and many more. Can be used on nearly any rudder assembly to connect cables (with eyelets).

Kit Includes: Two 5/8 inch stainless steel screws and two cap nuts. 10-32-HDW

Typically the screw head and cable eye-let are on top of the rudder wing, the cap nut below. It does not matter if you want the cap nut on top. Do Not Over Tighten! The eye-let should be free to rotate in the screw. If you over tighten the cable will break over time from bending.
