An alternative mounting method for foot braces and foot controls for when you don't want to mount your footbraces by drilling a hole through your kayak. A Sea-Lect, aka Sea Dog product. Simply fiberglass or glue into the cockpit studs to act as the mounting hardware. No Hull Drilling. These studs are meant to be glued or glassed into the hull of the kayak. When in place you can install Sea-Lect Designs Stud Mount Versions of the Rudder Control Footbraces or the standard Adjustable Footbraces Stud Mount Kit includes: four studs, four clamps and four Nylock Nuts. Threaded studs are 1 1/4 inches long. Flange on stud is 1 7/8 diameter. 1/4-20 threads. (Sea-Lect part numbers; K747270-1 and OP74711)
