Called the Fluid Steering System (FSS) rudder system. Compatible with kayak models; Pelican Escape 120, Elie Gulf 120, Pelican Castaway 130 and 150 kayaks, Elie Horizon 130 and 150 kayaks, Elie Strait 120 and Strait 140 kayaks. The enclosed instructions address these kayak models (excat year made is unknown, assume pre 2020). Some parts are expected to be compatible with Lavika kayaks.

Comes with a rudder assembly (FSS), foot controls (PS1056), a rudder keeper-holder (PS1274, SA1274), rudder brackets (CT1233 and CT1389), cables and tubes (CT1277), a rudder rope (connector piece SA1029), a clam cleat (CT1214) and an assortment of mounting hardware.
