Performance Blade Housing, Short Pin

A Smart Track Foil Rudder Blade must be used with this housing. The SmartTrack short pin top mount blade housing installs on kayaks with a rudder pivot hole located on a flat or stepped down area on the rear deck. The housings for these secure with a set screw.

Typical examples are Easy Rider, Seda, Current Designs, Pacific Water Sports, some older Stellar kayaks as well as some Lincoln kayaks. Also fits some Epic Kayaks made in the transitional phase after Rear Mount and before Bayonet Mount. A nylon bushing (aka spacer) may be needed for larger dia holes. The blade housing is Teflon coated 6061-T6 extruded alloy is extremely rugged and corrosion proof.
