Replace an Existing Rudder System: Not happy with your current rudder? Replace it! You can replace as much or as little of the old system you like. Consider some or all of these parts: Toe Pilot Foot Control, one of the many Blade Housings, a Foil Blade and a Vertical Adjustment Kit.
New Rudder Installation: Never had a rudder? Add one! Use this basic checklist to get started: Toe Pilot Foot Control, one of the many Blade Housings, a Foil Blade, the Cable Housing Kit and a Vertical Adjustment Kit.
Tips: The Tandem Foil Blade may be a better choice for high stern kayaks, kayak sailing and some sit-on-tops, due to the longer blade length. Use the Recreational Toe Pilot Foot Controls for sit-on-tops. Toe Pilot pedals and cables may be overly exposed to damage when used with a sit-on-top. Make a careful assessment as needed.
