Best used as the end stops for 3/16 inch bungee cords that are inserted into the holes drilled in the deck, such as those kayaks made by Pelican.

For use with 3/16 Inch Bungee Cord. will not work with larger or smaller diameter bungee. End stops are made of stainless steel.  BC316 AMZ PEL-

How To:
You will have to get some 3/16 Inch Bungee Cord (expect to trim to exact length) and crimp these fitting on each end.
You can use electrical crimping tool or plyers. It will take several careful squeezes.
Pull on the bungee at a 90 degree angle to the fitting. This will both test the crimp and train the bungee toward a T end shape.
Then insert each end into the hole on the deck and pull back. The end stop should T under the deck and stop the bungee from pulling out.
