Best used asa a replacement Dagger Handle white water kayaks. Often called a Security Bar, that serves as a grab handle, a tie-off for rescue, and as a place to run a security cable lock through. Also sold as a pair part number 9800221. Kit comes with ONE handle and TWO screws. A T-27 screw driver or bit will be needed. Color is black. About six inches long, mounting screw holes 5.25 inches on center with oval wiggle room.
