8 foot long fully extended; 6 foot relaxed. Made of tubular webbing strap with a shock cord inside. Velcro closure for paddle shaft. Shock cord loop on other end. Best used for touring. Can double as bow-tow line. Add a brass snap for quick and easy attachments. Suitable for fore-deck attachment on a touring kayak, or bow attachment on a surf kayak.
