Best used as a swift water 6 foot pig tail or cow tail to be used in combination with a rescue belt. Constructed of heavy duty tubular webbing, with internal bungee cord, a two-inch steel ring and brass swivel snap.
Both ends can be swapped out for a metal carabiner or a plastic tow hook.
