The Ram Round Flush Base (Ram part number RAM-114FMTU) consists of a round flush mount base and a socket compatible with RAM ROD and RAM-TUBE holders with a spline post.

Can be mounted onto extra thick deck up to two inches thick, more than enough for a kayak deck. The mount secures with with no visible hardware.
You MUST have inside access to secure the threaded ring! Mounting instructions are not included. Expect to drill 3 holes (one large, 2 smaller). Seal the threaded mounting ring inside the kayak with silicone sealant. You will need at least 2.5 inches of depth below the deck surface.
Use for a wide variety of applications, particularly in tight spaces. Foot Print is 2.5 inches in diameter. This mounting base is ideal for kayaks and other water craft with limited mounting options. Includes; a rubber cap for sealing from water when not in use, a threaded mounting ring and a threaded cap that seals the bottom.
