VCP Complete Seat for Valley Kayaks includes the Seat Structure (aka Seat Pan), seat pad, hip pads and back support with straps and bungee.

The Standard Plastic molded seat pan is approximately 19 7/8 inches wide at the top edge of the seat posts and has a close cell foam support block underneath (that can be trimmed to fit) and metal mounting hardware and brackets for each seat post. 

Mounting Screws are approximately 19 inches on center across the cockpit (with a quarter inch of wiggle room each way). The Back Support is about 7 inches high at the top edge of the seat posts, from a flat surface, about 18.25 inches front to back. 

The size of the Complete Seat is common in sea kayaks made by Valley Canoe Products, such as the Valley Gemini (roto-molded), and might be used in other makes and models of sea kayaks.SEAASSY
