New-Old Stock, from an outfitter that has closed. The Mad River Flotation Keeper Strap with D-Ring can be used in concert with a Lash Kit to fully secure an End Flotation Bag to the hull and thwart of a canoe. Comes with an 84 inch tie down strap and a 1.5 inch D-Ring. Adhesive is NOT included.

Best used in the bow or stern of an open canoe on white water rivers to maximize buoyancy and limit bilge water.
