Bug Gaiters provide tick protection for the vulnerable ankle area, as well as protection from all other biting insects, but still allow you to wear your favorite pants. Bug Gaiters are available in the same mosquito stopping light weight, high density fabrics as the Original Bug Shirt. The unique elastic ankle and stirrup positively protect the vulnerable ankle area from mosquitoes, ticks and other biting insects. They are available in natural color 100% Natural cotton (as shown in photo) OR Quick Dry Polyester sandstone (our regular stock color), or in green polyester and also camouflage polyester (by special order). The Natural (Select White) and Sandstone (Select Sand) colors are especially useful in tick infested areas as the ticks show up in contrast to the lighter coloured material of the Bug Gaiters and can be easily seen and removed.
