Best used for Wilderness Systems Tempest, Valley Kayaks, Nigel Dennis Kayak (NDK) and the Necky Chatham. These kayaks, and possibly some others have recesses built into the deck that fits this Brunton compass exactly. (Original Wilderness Systems 1/8 in. rubber gasket part number was 3750-0000.) Comes with two 1/16 in. rubber gaskets, four 5/8 in. long screws, four 1/2 in. short screws and four nuts. Screws will not affect compass readings. Installation is simple.
