Closed-cell, aka minicell, foam padding with peel-and-stick pressure sensitive adhesive. Available in two thicknesses; 1/4 inch and 1/2 inch. Outside Dimensions are 20 X 14 inches. Commonly used for seat pads, thighbraces, hip pads and heel pads. This foam rubber has multiple outfitting applications for kayak fishing, car topping and comfort enhancements. Use for knee pads on the Old Town Dirigo and Cayuga kayaks. Use this foam to replace the discontinued Seat Pad for Wave Sport, Dagger and Perception kayaks (F.A.T. outfitting part numbers 9800232, 17040128X), or the Hurricane Tampico 135s Seat Bottom Pad. Use your old pad as template.
Can be used to make classic Wilderness Systems Thigh Brace Foam Pads; Type A Trapezoid (14 3/4 inches long, 9 7/8 inches wide, 1/4 inch thick, circa year 2000) or Type B Oval (14.25 inches long, 5 inches wide, one quarter inch thick). Can be used to make foam rubber gaskets for some types of hatch covers. Often called mini cell foam, commonly used for kayak comfort. Can be used on fishing kayaks to prevent excess noise when gear bumps it. Peel and stick like a large sticker.
